Sebastián "Chevy" Contreras is the founding director of Tangram, a creative production agency built on the principle that the best work happens when strategy and execution are inseparable.

With over a decade leading high-complexity projects across Latin America, Europe and the Middle East, Chevy works fluently across brand strategy, creative direction, event production, content and technology-driven experiences.

His approach is built around a clear belief: creative ambition and operational precision are not opposites. Every project starts from a defined objective and is assembled with exactly the right team to get it done, with no excess and no shortcuts.

Before founding Tangram, he led production and strategy for global brands in fast-moving, high-stakes environments. That experience shaped a working method that is as rigorous as it is creative, guided by KPIs and OKRs at every stage and executed with the speed and flexibility that complex projects demand.

Alongside his work at Tangram, he consults for other studios and production companies, brought in on projects that need senior creative and production judgement.
